Homeowners are the only ones who can launch and use power boats.  Canoes, kayaks paddleboards etc. should be provided by the home owners only. Tubes, floaties etc are accepted as long as they have been cleaned.  The Association is trying to prevent invasive species from other bodies of water.

Anyone over the age of 16 is required to get a PA fishing license to fish in the lake.

There are quiet hours where no power boats are operated, (before 10:00am and between 2:00PM and 4:00PM) that is the ideal time to swim and kayak.  You are allowed to swim anytime but you need to be aware that power boats have a hard time seeing swimmers so staying close to shore is recommended.  That goes for kayaking as well during boating hours.

The lake gets treated throughout the season. When this takes place it is recommended that you refrain from swimming for at least 2 hours after the treatment is done.  The homeowner should notify you if a treatment is occurring during your stay.

As part of our ongoing efforts to maintain a safe and harmonious community environment, we would like to remind everyone of the protocol to follow in the event of noise disturbances or any suspicious, unlawful activities.

Our association is committed to ensuring that everyone enjoys a peaceful and pleasant living experience within our community. In light of this commitment, it is important for all of us to be aware of the appropriate steps to take if we encounter situations that could disrupt the tranquility of our surroundings.

If you happen to come across noise disturbances that exceed the acceptable limits, or if you witness any activities that seem to be in violation of local laws or regulations, we kindly request that you take the following steps:

1. **Call the Police**: If you believe that the situation poses an immediate threat to the safety of residents or if it involves criminal activities, please do not hesitate to call the PA State Police 570-465-3154. They are trained to handle such matters effectively and efficiently.

2. **Contact the Fish and Game Commission**: If the issue at hand pertains to boating, fishing or environmental concerns, or any activities that fall under the jurisdiction of the Fish and Game Commission, please reach out to them at 570-477-5717 to report the incident.

3. **Document and Report**: In both cases, it is advisable to document any relevant information such as dates, times, descriptions of individuals involved, and any photographic evidence if applicable. This information can be valuable for authorities to take appropriate actions.

4. **Inform the Association**: Additionally, please inform the association about any incidents you report to the authorities. This will help us keep track of any recurring issues within our community and ensure that appropriate measures are taken to address them.

Remember, our collective efforts play a crucial role in maintaining the serene and secure atmosphere we all cherish. By promptly reporting any issues, we contribute to the overall wellbeing of our community and ensure that our members’ concerns are heard and acted upon.
